I do not shy away from being Patriotic. In fact, I immediately fall in love with anything red, white, and blue. This week was Independence Day and one of my favorite weeks for style! I put together a handful of looks for all the various festivities I attended and hopefully you enjoy them as much as I do!

Beach Ready

I spent Saturday and Sunday down the shore in my patriotic bathing suit because what better way to enjoy the summer and the 4th than by the sea?

This is one of my favorite tank tops and I paired it with my red shorts and bandanna for a look that spoke to my patriotic pride!

Fireworks Casual

This outfit I put together specifically for the fireworks and it was perfect! I tend to get a little chilly at night so this kept me warm as we sat back to enjoy the show!

Revolutionary Run

My running outfit was perfectly themed because there was no way I was going running on the 4th of July without looking patriotic! I felt great as I ran my 5K

Star Spangled Shirts

My sister bought me this shirt for my birthday 5 years ago and I think I’ve worn it every 4th of July since then. The first time I wore it was the day I started to bond with my now-husband on a day that redefined our relationship. I couldn’t not wear it on the 4th.

Parade Ready

This outfit brought back memories of watching the 4th of July parade every year. We couldn’t find a close parade this year but I wore this outfit anyway.

Campfire Comfort

What’s the summer without a great campfire? I like being comfortable when we’re just hanging out by the fire so pulling on my Captain America hoodie is basically a summer-long campfire go-to. We had s’mores while we were visiting my aunt down the shore and it was perfect (with the exception of melted chocolate…whoops!)!

Accessories

These were custom bags I made specifically to celebrate the 4th of July. I love doing customs and I love how these came out! They were the perfect size for carrying my phone and money as we went down to the beach, walked to the fireworks, and explored Washington Crossing!

I hope you all enjoyed this week’s fashion choices as much as I did! I’m always ready to pull on my favorite red, white, and blue outfits! If you also liked my bags, make sure to check out my etsy shop and use coupon code FOURTH for 25% off!! Hurry though, the coupon is only valid through Monday!

About Juli

I received my B.S. in Counseling and Human Services and a minor in Theology and Religious Studies and my M.A. in Organizational Leadership in Higher Education. Through a strange twist of fate, I ended up in the Human Resources field and at a company that I really love. I'm not much of a writer because I tend to write how I talk and when I tell stories I tend to ramble and tell way too many details. I love writing though because it's fun to get all my thoughts down. I also love drawing, I love photos, and anything artistic really.
